Well mini_moof if that was true, why isn’t it called “Admin/Vip Applications Open?” Admin comes with all the commands, and vip stuff. But it doesn’t mean you are getting vip, you would be getting admin. =O

Of course you can be an admin and not have VIP. I doubt the really take a look at that.
